Does your event have high individual planning and implementation demands? Then book our on-site coordinators who will manage the contact between drivers and passengers or event managers at the location.
Hosts
Book hosts who personally welcome arriving guests at the gate, guide them to their vehicles and immediately inform the event organisers of any non-attendants.
SMS service
Each complying participant will receive an SMS with contact details and transfer information the day before pickup.
